My Favourite Anime

Hi guys! Today I was going to talk about some of my favourite animes just so you can understand my taste in anime, soon after I will be doing a manga one!
This list is in no particular order!!
Baccano!
I really really love Baccano! for many reasons, one of them being the non linear story line that keeps you confused til around half way through. The characters in Baccano! is what I love most about it is the amazing characters in the show, every single character is likable in some way and the interactions between characters are so complex but they all have some relation to each other. The soundtrack is AMAZING and suit the style perfectly. Baccano! is a different type of anime in the way it has a very western atmosphere surrounding the series. It is very gory and is almost like Quentin Tarantino directed it himself with the witty dialogue and over the top gore. I recommenced this to everyone who asks me for anime recommendations despite being one of the best animes I have seen its very underground. Please watch this series you will have no regrets!

Mawaru Penguindrum
This anime is a roller coaster of emotions. It starts off as an innocent looking anime about a family made up of to brothers and their younger sister but after a turn of events it becomes a psychological quite dark anime exploring the idea of fate. The story is complicated and does not make sense til the last few episodes where everything is tired together. The art for Mawaru is different in terms of animation and backgrounds. Only the main characters are seen while all he background characters are stick figures just drawing your attention to the important characters. There are cut scenes like in story books that are still images with dialogue. The soundtrack is hauntingly beautiful and also trendy and new with choruses and classical music to pop numbers in every episode. The emotional impact this series gave me had me in tears by the last few episodes. It really is amazing.
